Returning goods within 14 days
Goods purchased in the e-shop can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason (by law). Simply send them back to us in their original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the product doesn't fit you in size or type, we will gladly exchange it for another.
If a buyer who is a consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, they shall send or hand over to the Company without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the purchase contract, the goods received from it. The costs of returning the goods to the Company are borne by the buyer. Send the goods to the address: FUNKY DOG Endowment Fund, Katarína Procházková, Žitavského 528, Prague 156 00 or to a branch of Zásilkovna, Balíkovna, PPL, DPD – Elišky Přemyslovny 438 street, Prague Zbraslav 156 00 - Potraviny u Stromečku, PNS.
If a buyer who is a consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, the Company will return all funds (the purchase price of the delivered goods) received from them under the purchase contract in the same manner.
The Company will return the received funds to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at the Company's address. Upon receipt, the Company will inspect the goods, and if they have been used, damaged, or returned incomplete, it is entitled to unilaterally offset the claim for compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods against the refunded amount.
