Shipping terms for the Funky Dog e-shop – Express delivery of eco-friendly dog accessories worldwide!

Funky Dog ships its ecological products for dogs, including handmade collars, toys, treats, and other eco-friendly accessories, worldwide. Our goal is for all dog owners to be able to enjoy our high-quality and sustainable products, no matter where they are located.

Shipping rates: You can easily find the current shipping prices in your shopping cart, where the system will automatically calculate the delivery costs based on your location. The prices are transparent for both domestic and international orders.

If you have any questions regarding shipping, or if you encounter any problems during the ordering process, do not hesitate to contact us.

We offer the option of personal collection by appointment at the address Žitavského 528, Prague - Zbraslav, 156 00 (it is also possible to arrange collection early in the morning or late in the evening - this is not a store, but my home address). We have around 60 points of sale in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and abroad, so perhaps one of our branches is located near you.

The e-shop is operated in CZK or you can also switch it to €, with prices calculated according to the current exchange rate.

We do not ship cash on delivery (COD). As part of long-term cooperation with business entities, payment by invoice with a 2-week maturity is available.
